Kids can benefit from meditation just as much as adults! For the summer, 06/23 through 08/13, we are offering two levels of children's meditation classes:
Ages 5-9, Tuesdays, 1:00pm-2:15pm
Ages 10-14 Thursdays, 1:00pm-2:15pm
Each class is $15 per child, and while drop-ins are welcome, if you are planning on attending please do let us know at 781-665-8844.

Join us for a polarity or chair massage session with Gena Ferguson. Gena is an amazing massage therapist who can help you relax, destress and work out some of the tension our bodies collect on a daily/weekly basis, helping promote overall health.
Chair Massage Sessions are available at 15, 20 and 30 minute increments for $15, $20 and $30 respectively.
Polarity sessions are available at 60 minute increments, at $60.
